I’ll use a few Sanskrit terms that are important for broadening your view of how Ayurveda, and the universe, works. These terms have multi-faceted meanings that can’t be directly translated into one English word, and their exploration is a fundamental key for getting deeper into the science. Even speaking them out loud offers a vibrational transmission. That being said, the Sanskrit terms that are used are quite limited.
