I studied Ayurveda formally through Kerala Ayurveda Academy and the Living Ayurveda Course. I still study (and practice) it on myself. And learn through helping clients for the past 9+ years. I've also taught as a mentor in the Living Ayurveda Course for 7 years.
 I’m passionate about helping people understand this amazing system of support to help us live better, longer, and with more grace, ease and joy.

FAQ's

What if I don’t really get Ayurveda? 

That’s totally fine. I’ll start with the basics and we’ll build it up from there. Everything is delivered in a simple, clear, concise way to make it easy to digest and start applying right away. You’ll be amazed at what you walk away with and can retain.

Do I have to learn Sanskrit? 

I’ll use a few Sanskrit terms that are important for broadening your view of how Ayurveda, and the universe, works. These terms have multi-faceted meanings that can’t be directly translated into one English word, and their exploration is a fundamental key for getting deeper into the science. Even speaking them out loud offers a vibrational transmission. That being said, the Sanskrit terms that are used are quite limited.

I don’t have a ton of free time.
Is this a big commitment?
