What the workshop covers

In this guide, you'll understand the nuances of the four main digestive types, how yours can change or revert to the same pattern of imbalance. You'll expand awareness on how to read your symptoms and adjust choices according to your needs.

You'll get a thorough description of the best diet for each one, particularly with using the six tastes.
I'll share tips on easy versus hard to digest foods, creating a healing diet, and spices or herbs to support you.
The basic outline for compatible and incompatible foods will also be touched upon.

Last, we'll go over essential practices on healthier eating guidelines.
Because HOW you eat can impact your digestion just as much as WHAT you eat.

an Ayurvedic Practitioner and certified Yoga Health Coach.


I studied Ayurveda formally through Kerala Ayurveda Academy and the Living Ayurveda Course. I continue to learn, practice and explore the most effective health care on myself.  And have been teaching as a mentor in the Living Ayurveda Course for 5 years now.
 I’m passionate about helping people understand this amazing system of support to help us live better, longer, and with more grace, ease and joy.

Over the years of working with hundreds of clients and course members, I’ve seen where people are most likely to get confused or hung up. I’ve been inspired to create this workshop to address those challenging spots and make it fun, easy and useful.
