"I'm feeling so much better after a complete change of diet. No more dairy, eggs, bread, sugar or caffeine. Lots of green smoothies and warming soups, beans, chickpeas, brown rice, sweets and nuts. And I'm using lots of herbs and spices now.
For the green smoothies I've even foraged some nettles, cleavers, dandelion leaves. And I collected some sugar kelp from the beach to put in soups.
It's been a really big change but I feel so much better for it.
I had really stiff, sore joints and a foggy head. A very thick tongue coating too.
Through these weeks of change with so many vegetables, rice, pulses and fluids I was really getting worried because not much was coming out the other end. So I've been taking triphala, psyllim and flax seeds. Today I can report probably the healthiest BM I've ever had!!! "
