Today I got home from the gym and did a 2-min meditation practice, because I knew I needed it. I can focus and follow my intuition. I know small and huge gains will come from this over time. I’m sleeping better. I’m more conscious of meal prep and eating more plant based, which has been a big thing. I have green juice or smoothies every morning. I feel more in-tune with myself. I’m responding to myself, rather than reacting to others. This is a HUGE gain for me. I don’t fly off the handle for no reason. I’m so much happier.”

It’s changed the whole experience and pace of my life. “The biggest win for me has been getting off of caffeine. I haven’t had any in two months and I feel so much better. I feel balanced energetically. I’ve been putting my selfcare first in a gentle and nurturing way and it’s changed the whole experience and pace of my life. I went to sleep last night at 7pm, woke up at 4:30 and had great energy at work. With no caffeine! I feel like I look so much better and healthier. I’ve eliminated a lot of toxins.
