 Get the big picture of this ancient science and how to weave it into your daily routine. You'll understand the essential concepts to start viewing your self care from a new lens.

Module two: meal Timing and Identity evolution

~ I'm an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Health Coach who helps the busy modern woman upgrade her daily lifestyle so they can feel more rested, radiant, and inspired every day.

 Years ago a book on Ayurveda fell into my lap, and it felt like the missing piece to the puzzle of life. I became obsessed. Now, it's my honor to guide women into their bodies' wisdom and feeling amazing through this science, so they get to do more of what they love too!  

When I dove deep into Ayurveda, it changed my entire experience of life. I felt healed in a way that I never would have believed was possible.
